Investment advice and portfolio management

Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP is not providing investment advice or portfolio management services to the customer. Everything Slingshot Automated Wealth does via its products and services are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. The customer is solely responsible for determining whether any investment, security or strategy, or any other product or service, is appropriate or suitable for the customer's investment needs and objectives. The customer is also solely responsible for determining all aspects of their investments and deciding if their portfolio management details are reliable and suitable for their own investment needs and objectives.

 

Disclaimer of liability

Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP shall not be liable for any losses or damages that the customer may incur as a result of their trading activities, whether or not such losses or damages were caused by any act or omission of Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP.
 

Data protection and customer privacy

Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP shall collect, use, and protect the customer's personal and financial information in accordance with relevant data protection and privacy laws. The customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal information held by Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP. Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP shall not share the customer's personal information with any third party without the customer's prior consent.

 

Anti-fraud policy

Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP shall have in place procedures for detecting and preventing fraud. The customer shall promptly notify Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP of any suspicious activity or potential fraud that the customer becomes aware of. The customer shall be liable for any losses or damages incurred by Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP as a result of the customer's failure to comply with this clause.

 

Anti-money laundering policy

Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP shall comply with all relevant anti-money laundering laws and regulations. The customer shall provide all necessary information and documentation to Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP to comply with Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP's customer due diligence and suspicious activity reporting obligations. The customer shall be liable for any losses or damages incurred by Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP as a result of the customer's failure to comply with this clause.

 

Terms and Conditions of Service

The customer shall be liable for any fees or charges associated with the services provided by Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP. The customer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the customer's use of Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP's services. Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP may terminate this agreement at any time without notice if the customer breaches any of the terms and conditions of this agreement or fails to comply with any applicable laws or regulations. The customer acknowledges that Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP shall not be liable for any damages, losses or expenses resulting from termination of this agreement. The customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of service set forth by Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP. Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of service at any time, with or without notice to the customer.

 

Risk disclosure

The customer acknowledges that trading in forex and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The customer should carefully consider their investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before trading. The customer should be aware of the potential for significant financial losses and should consult with an independent financial advisor if they have any doubts about the suitability of trading in forex and other financial instruments.

 

Margin and leverage

The customer understands that margin and leverage can significantly increase the risk of loss. The customer should be aware of margin strategies and should only use leverage that they can afford to lose.

Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP products and services have the potential to generate returns within varying ranges each year. Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP has provided historical performance data for the system, which is available upon request. However, past performance is not indicative of future results. The customer acknowledges that the potential returns provided by historical models are not guaranteed and that trading in forex and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk. The customer should carefully consider their investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before using products and services. Industry-Related Companies

Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP is its own entity. Slingshot Automated Wealth, LLP is not responsible for how other industry companies like prop firms, etc choose to evolve.
